Some dishes

“Seasons are an inspiration for us, they form the pattern of our dishes. Our travels and encounters influence how we ally tastes and colors”.  Restaurant du Vieux Pont is also about suppliers. “To us, cooking is about being in a relationship with nature, suppliers, breeders. Each product is good in its season. The market is an inspiration for us. Plates often resemble the nature surrounding us: green in the spring, dazzling in summer, orange and brown in autumn, white and black in winter.”
